NEED: When Viamark began working with NCCRM in 2001, the initial goal was to increase the practice’s call volume.

APPROACH: Viamark created an emotionally charging radio campaign along with a trackable vanity number that was easy for the listener to remember. Since then, Viamark has evolved its marketing approach to include SEO, Pay Per Click, Display, and other online tactics.

THE RESULT: Initially, NCCRM went from 30 calls per month to over 500 calls per month. Today, NCCRM sees as many as 1500 online inquiries per month.  The overall volume of business continues to grow each year.
