NEED: When the University of Mount Olive joined forces with the Viamark team, they needed recommendations on how to combine marketing efforts among their multiple locations with the goal to better manage, track and increase phone inquiries and application submissions for their Adult Accelerated Programs.

APPROACH: Viamark created a vanity number that was trackable, recall-friendly, and easily incorporated into an overall branding initiative. This number was developed with a multiple-location routing feature for each market location, which helped enable Viamark to develop one, consistent message utilizing radio, television, and outdoor media.

THE RESULT: The University of Mount Olive increased their inquiries by 60% within the first two years and has continued to maintain a longstanding partnership with Viamark.
