Bea’s career in the broadcast industry has grown from being a local Account Executive in small and medium markets to working with local, regional and national accounts of every level. In the early 2000s, Bea became the General Manager for Next Media radio in Wilmington, NC. She led the company in gaining over 5 million in annual revenue and managed 45 employees and the company’s day-to-day operations. With over 35 years of business and management experience, running a successful company of her own made sense as a next step. By working on both sides of the industry, she has gained the insight necessary to understand local, national and regional buying from both the client and broadcasters' perspectives making for cost-effective, successful campaigns.

Gayle has over 20 years of experience in both broadcast and print which has given her a thorough understanding of what is necessary to assist clients with their marketing needs. With a background in radio management, owning and managing her own successful company was a smooth transition. Since becoming Viamark Carolinas’ Vice President, she has negotiated and placed millions of dollars in advertising. These ads range from national and local newspapers to regional print publications, direct mail, radio, TV, and all aspects of online marketing. Her great ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail has enabled her to take on large projects and various tasks with great efficiency.

With over a decade of sales and broadcast production experience, Erika is a valuable asset to the Viamark team. Her studies in communication and media at UNCW paired with her experience and skills in sales, account management, copywriting, media strategy, advertising, and broadcast production help clients maximize their return on investment and optimize their marketing dollars. Her skills and knowledge have already proven to be invaluable to the team as well as our clients.

Amanda has been with Viamark Carolinas since they opened their doors 12 years ago. She has multiple degrees, making her invaluable to the team. She has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, along with an AAS in Business Administration and an AAS in Accounting from Cape Fear Community College.

Rachel is a graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.F.A in Graphic Design and a minor in Communications. Rachel brings experience in the areas of design, branding, creativity, advertisement, and communication from her previous work experiences. She has been with us since 2018 and is an integral part of the Viamark Team designing eye-catching websites, billboards and direct mail. Through logo and marketing design, she has helped clients build and strengthen their brand.

Amanda is a graduate of Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications and a minor in Creative Writing. Now with over 8 years of design and marketing experience, she has expansive knowledge of print, digital and large-format design working with a wide variety of industries. Starting at Viamark Carolinas in the social media department, Amanda now works as a Graphic Designer focused on designing effective creative and advertising for a wide range of media, both digital and print, for various clients.

Katelyn is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, North Carolina where she earned her bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Strategy. Katelyn brings graphic design, social media strategy, and marketing campaign experience. Her on-trend knowledge, innovative ideas, and creative designs are vital pieces to our clients social media success.

Alea is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, North Carolina where she earned degrees in Business Administration, Marketing Strategy and French Studies. Her past experiences working in digital media marketing have given her essential skills that have been beneficial in supporting our clients' marketing strategies. Alea has been with us since 2020 and her keen eye for detail and exquisite organizational skills are some of the many qualities that she brings to our team.

Bethany is a graduate from the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Strategy. She has experience managing client accounts and delivering personalized service to customers at Edward Jones Investments. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Caroline attended ​​North Carolina State University and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Pitt Community College. The Greenville native has experience working in the real estate and construction industries, where she utilized her marketing and administrative skills. Caroline has also completed internships with graphic design firms, further honing her creative abilities. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, camping, live music, and days spent out on the boat! Her passion for art and all things creative makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Erica graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing. Her experience includes working Social Media and Marketing in the Sports & Fitness industry. Now with the Viamark team she uses her knowledge of video editing and graphic creation to bring a client’s brand to life! In her free time she enjoys running, mountain biking, and playing volleyball.

Kaylee recently graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor’s degree in English, where she concentrated on professional writing. She came to the team with relevant experience as a Copywriter & Social Media Coordinator. She enjoys using her writing skills to elevate brand voices and increase client success. Her experience with copywriting and social media marketing, alongside her organizational and creative skills, make her an asset to our team.

Olivia graduated from the University of Mississippi where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a specialization in Media Sales and Management and a minor in Business. Her experience working as a Leasing Consultant and Marketing Coordinator has provided her with valuable knowledge of marketing trends, strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Olivia’s attention to detail, creative insight, and strong organizational skills, makes her a trusted member of our team.
